Toe separators, otherwise known as toe spacers, are a tool used to place your toes in a natural alignment. Decades of constrictive footwear jam your big toe and pinkies inward, which has been shown to cause discomfort, decrease athletic performance, and increase likelihood of foot injury. 

Named for the unique 30mm-long big-toe spacer, our 30 Mike Mike (military slang for millimeter), toe separators have been designed with unique combination of dimensions, resulting in a different fit from any other toe spacer product currently on the market. The outcome is a comfortable fit while gently splaying your toes to align with your metatarsals.

You can start by wearing your spacers for just a few minutes a day, especially after taking off your tight shoes to help reverse the harmful impacts of narrow toe-box. Depending on your foot shape and shoe size, they may be worn inside shoes, but this is not necessary!

The toe spacers are made using a soft silicone construction for comfort. To clean them, you can rinse them with soap and warm water.

Each order (quantity of 1) includes a pair of 2 toe-spacers, one for each foot. Sizing is one-size-fits-all, unisex.
